Richland Park Video from Buzzterbrown

I wish I had gotten a picture of Buzzterbrown's video camera.  It looks like a traditional still camera with a huge fluffy microphone cover on top to cut out the wind but it shoots incredibly high quality video.  Buzzterbrown said that the TV show House uses similar looking cameras to do all of their filming.  It seems like size and shape are becoming irrelevant in video cameras.

GREAT video!! I love watching how Selena counts her way into the fence. Obviously working for her...Go Canada!

BB, what camera do you use?

And it really bugs me to see these riders cantering around with their helmet straps undone. However, I loved the video!

haha! I loved Selena counting too! Nice to know that it's not just us lower level riders who have to do that!

Heidi,

I use a Panasonic Lumix GH1 with Rode shotgun mike and fluffy cover only if the wind picks up.

The producers of 'House' recently announced they'll be using Canon 5DMkII DSLR's in the new season, though pimped out with studio lenses.

My favorite Phils in the world are Phillip Dutton and Philip Bloom. The former cause he travels the world and gets to ride horses I can only dream of and the latter because he travels the world and films things worthy of dreams. Bloom also runs a useful website sort of like EN on the whole DSLR HD video thing that's developed in the past year.

Other worthy cameras for DSLR HD video are the Canon 7D, Rebel T2i, and the new 60D. Nikon and Sony are a little behind here but will catch up soon. The main drawback is there is no zoom button on any of these cameras, you have to adjust that manually, but the quality is so good I'm willing to trade off that feature.

Cheers!

Lance

Might somebody tell me which dslr camera product can be excellent to record fast moving objects? Now i am aiming to take snakes within wildlife.

I got a spanking new Nikon SLR today. It feels great to be able to take pictures with such a cool camera, instead of some rubbish compact.

I recently bought a Canon T1i and the photo quality looks amazing.

They are for the braver women who don't mind trying a new daring fashion style, but they are now widely accepted and it would fine to wear when sunbathing in your garden at home or on your favourite beach!

I am actually about to do this step This article got me wondering whether i can do it Again And thank you very much
