GRC10-0376625DMI.jpg
Description:
8 year old 16 hand TB gelding. Extremely flashy on the flat, super mover, consistently scores in the 20s and low 30s. Absolutely loves XC, has a super brain and great gallop. Very careful, scopey show jumper. Campaigned by both an amateur and professional for the last two years, with regular top placings from novice through preliminary. Over the past year at the preliminary level was 1st at Seneca, 1st at Loudoun, 3rd at Surefire, 3rd at Waredaca, 4th at Fair Hill and 15th out of over 60 starters at the America Eventing Championships. Less than one month after a successful first intermediate run, he was back at the novice level and brought an amateur rider to a 2nd place finish at her first training. Over the last two years they also had multiple top placings at the novice level, including a 2nd and 5th place finish in the Area II novice championships. While Revy has proven to be simultaneously talented enough for a professional and rideable enough for an amateur, he would be perfect for a young rider or ambitious amateur looking to learn the ropes. Revy is running intermediate this weekend and aiming for a fall CCI**, but also scopey enough for the 4ft jumpers, and fancy enough for pure dressage.

Horse name: Raquel. Roux is a 10 year old, 16 hand, dark bay, branded Holsteiner, mare. Roux is a half sister to advanced CIC*** winner Lady Calido. Consistently been in the top 6 in the past year at the preliminary level, with dressage scores in the low to mid 30's with her young rider owner. A straight forward horse on cross country that is bold and fast that will put in a workmanlike show jumping round on the final day. Roux is a big bodied, powerful moving, eye catching horse. Completely not mareish, and easy to handle in all situations, very sound. Regretfully for sale as current owner has outgrown Roux. Description:
Since beginning his eventing career two years ago, Deacon has ribboned from BN to preliminary all with a young rider/young professional. Very competitive in all three phases, and loves his job! Has qualified for past AECs at BN, T, and P levels - Already qualified for 2011 AECs at Training. Suffered from undiagnosed lymes disease for most of 2010, but since treatment is back in fine form winning the OT at Waredaca and tying for 3rd at Rubicon in TH. Had a great start to 2011 with an 8th place finish in the open preliminary at Pine Top finishing on his dressage score! Cross country is so easy on Deacon... he has a fabulous gallop, and half-halts himself before every fence, you just need to keep leg on and point him in the right direction! Recent dressage lessons with Kim Severson revealed a whole new level of flatwork! Is qualified and aimed for Virginia CCI* in May. Deacon is the barn favorite and is great with kids - also has been used for trail riding non-horsey boyfriends! Snaffle all three phases. Does all the usual clipping (even ears), ties, loads, etc.
